Description: This Application is used to process claims for debit, credit, ATM transactions.
We deal with Visa, MasterCard, Star, Pulse, Maestro Networks.
We Process Fraud and Non-Fraud Claims In this Application. We try to do Chargeback From merchant and refund the customer. In case If customer is found as Fraud, we charge him and take money given in Provisional Credit to our Bank. Here we connect to Visa and MasterCard networks through SOAP integrations and Process the Claims.

When a user tries to claim the insurance through phone call or web search this application will ask the HCID of the user and tries to create a new interaction. This interaction will fetch the details to complete the interaction and generates the ID and send back to down streams to evaluate further.

Description: This project is related to finance. The purpose of this application is to provide details about multiple products viz. Personal Loan, Home Loan. A loan entails the reallocation of the subject asset(s) for a period of time, between the lender and the borrower. There are five steps to process a work, first a user will capture application and then sent to preliminary decision. After completing the preliminary decision its sent to verification and based on client information work will process or reject. Then work will transfer to Settlement as document sign and finally funding is done.

Ø Participating and driving the call to attend the daily and Weekly status call with the onshore Team.

The request process flow into the UCM Data Stewards manages and tracks the volume of requests coming from the various business departments; including sales, service delivery, accounts receivable, credit underwriting and other partner throughout the Cenveo business. Further, the existing system provides effective work monitoring and analysis tools further limiting Cenveos ability to respond quickly to account change and addition requests.
